What is Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy?
Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process that combines psychotherapy with other therapeutic tools, neuroscience and hypnosis.
We will work together to help you take back control of your life, understand why you might be feeling like you do and help break the negative cycles and often debilitating patterns that might be preventing you from living the life you want.
In Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, the focus is on your future and the solutions to your problem rather than the problem itself. I will support you with understanding the things that are holding you back and how you can move forward and overcome them.
We’ll work on small, achievable goals that will enhance your life, get you where you want to be and help you break free from the things that no longer serve you.
We’ll focus on bringing about positive change, supporting you to recognise your strengths whilst boosting your confidence.
Our hypnosis sessions will be a guided relaxation. You will be fully aware of your surroundings but whilst you are relaxed, your brain is busy problem solving, exploring new ways of thinking, new behaviours and becoming more receptive to positive suggestion. With this we can work on building new positive habits by rewiring strong neural pathways to enable you to maintain them.
